Do not take your car to the Post Falls Mini Lube. I recently took my wife's car there for a oil change. When I noticed a oil spot on my driveway I decided to take a look for myself. The d r u g a d d i c t mechanic (if you see him you will understand) He tightened the drain plug so tight that it striped out my oil pan.
I called the owner of post falls mini lube to ask her if she would fix the problem.
Nancy is her name I was very calm and colective while I spoke with her.
She told me that she had no time for me and
said that she would not warantee her work.
I basically pleaded with her to make things right. Nancy then told me she did not give a flippin s*** about my car and I quote her "I dare you to take me to small claims court I do not give a f*** about you or your car".
I would love to take it to small claims court but the fees will far exceed the $250 for a new oil drain pan. Looks like it will be a $285 post falls mini lube oil change.
So a word to all of you people who need an oil change stay away from post falls mini lube because if they ruin something they have no warantee and most of all no customer service. Tell everyone to stay away from post falls mini lube.
Pros: absolutly thumbs down
Cons: Will not warantee there work the will make you take them to court
